Turning a problem into a profit is attractive.

Here’s news from the AP this week about the Asian carp problem and one possible solution.

Got me thinking:  we need to go taste it, the various iterations of Asian carp which some of the finest chefs in Chicago are presenting as part of the campaign to make lemonade out of a lemon.

If a couple of you interested I will do the research and find an affordable restaurant we can get together for dinner.  We will taste and talk about the possibility to make this a good catch.  Turning an ecological threat into economic development?  Food and  jobs.
